Corrosion Engineer

Location: Jakarta – Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)

Responsibilities:
To perform corrosion preventive and corrective activities (e.g. risk assessment, reduction, scoping, monitoring, and analysis) in supporting the engineering design, engineering recommendation, continuous risk reductions (CRR) program and HSSE to ensure corrosion program executed on time, safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree in Metallurgical, Material, or Chemical or Oil/Gas Petrochemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experiences
Must possess an experience of corrosion engineering, material engineering and field corrosion monitoring
Must familiar, understand and experience in practical of common corrosion code and standard; and best practices in oil and gas industries
Have understanding in oil and gas production and distribution
Having strong analytical thinking
Ability to lead group, work with peers and communication with others
Must fluent in English (verbal and writing)
