SACME Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibilities for design and civil works construction of sites
- Ensure that Huawei’s standard design and specifications are agreed by the Customer and implemented on the Project
- Manage local Structural and Electrical Models Consultants to ensure the quality of drawings and desiwo
- Prepare CW resources plan and liaise with CEG
- Manage local subcontractors to ensure the quality of site construction in line with agreed standards.
- Minimize cost variation using standard site design and agreed by Bill of Materials
- Ensure recruitment of experienced structural and electrical engineers and site supervisors
- Target setting and performance management
- Work closely with site acquisition team to understand build programmed requirements and ensure adequate resource to meet the program.
- Prepare and manage the health and safety plan and ensure all staffs, consultants, and subcontractors are compliant.
- In co-operation with Regional Project Manager arrange site inspections to ensure construction quality.
- Agree punch lists with customer and subcontractors
- Provide appropriate certification to enable technical implementation work to start on sites.
- Obtain timely preliminary acceptance certificate for civil works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have substantial experience in Models and civil work construction of network sites.
- Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- SDP survey and design.
- Review the site design from consultant and get approval from customer.
- Achieve the project target, satisfy the customer requirement.
- Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the project team to support the project smoothly.
- Make the internal intercommunion and training to improve SDP team skill.
- Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following the SOW (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team.
- Keep good relationship with customer and project team.
- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.

- Be familiar with international structure design code such as ACI/AISC/ASCE/TIA/EIA code and Indonesia local structure design code
- Have experience in structure design, be familiar with general structural software such as staad pro, MS tower, PCAMATS, staad foundation and can use the at least two software above skillfully.
- Can independently make the tower structure(tubular tower/angle tower/Monopole and so on) and foundation design(isolated foundation/raft foundation/pile foundation/retaining wall and son)

- Achieve the project target, satisfy the customer requirement.
- Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the project team to avoid some lack material which is needed in installation
- Finish the survey report on time, ensure the survey report accuracy.
- Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following the SOW (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team.
- Training subcontractor to improve them ability and skill in Survey and Models part.

Responsibilities:
- Installation and supervision management
- Surveying and clarifying about the equipment’s selection/proposal and make a survey reportt as the result to guide installation and sent to HQ to smoothen the delivery of materials.
- Analyse and feedback the site damage condition during site survey to help solve any risk in advance.
- Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the project team to avoid some lack material which is needed in installation.
- Preparing the information of on-site requirement by making the report for customer which is contained of Layout, photos, explanation, scan memo (Minutes of Meeting), etc.
- Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following the SOP (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team.
- Training subcontractor to improve them ability and skill in Survey&Models work.
- Make revision on the site design drawing
- Assist Project teams while sites construction works.
- To have trouble shooting when necessary and technical support
- Have Site installation or Survey and design work experience more better.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage day to day surveillance activity in network operation centre. Required to work in shift operation.
- Support configuration management and implement configuration data changes for network resource. Trainings in configuration management and database changes will be provided to incumbent
- Responsible for trouble ticket escalation and work order assignment. EMS/NMS administration and acknowledgement of network alarms. Ensure alarms threshold and escalate to relevant parties to act on corrective of alarms detected.
- Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team. Classify type of faults based on severity of the problem.
- Support in generating network performance reports related to core and radio access network
- Responsible on surveillance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, IN, CRBT, Transmission, RF and other VAS nodes. Areas of responsibility in network media will be assigned according to job responsibility (I.e. Transmission, Radio and Core respectively). Training in respective job scope will be provided.
- Support Network performance analysis and fault reporting.
Requirements:
