ENGINEERING - FRESH GRADUATE

• The position responsibilities will include optimizing oil and gas recovery using state-of-the art reservoir surveillance and simulation tools. 

• The position responsibilities will include planning and executing well work to ensure optimized well performance and depletion of oil and gas fields. 

• The position responsibilities will include executing inspection programs analyzing surveillance data and designing maintenance programs to protect wells and facilities from corrosion. 

• The position responsibilities will include developing programmatics expertise to support optimum performance of oil and gas processing equipment. 

• The position responsibilities will include conducting surveillance and optimizing plant and facilities performance for the processing of oil and gas. 

ACCOUNTANT

• Performing monthly closing to book journal entries and accruals SAP, periodic account analysis and reconciliations. 
• General Accounting, including fixed assets, inter-company accounting and bank transactions. 
• Operations accounting, including volumetric accounting and joint-interest accounting. 
• Project Accounting, performing various financial activities for major projects, including reporting and stewarding cost and financial results internally and externally, controlling Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for correct invoicing, charges and compliance with contract provisions, preparing EPC facilities fixed asset initial setup, analyzing costs, preparing management reports. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with preferably GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 scale or equivalent. 
• Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Accounting or Audit in Oil and Gas industry 
• Experiences in SAP and Oil & Gas industry are highly desirable. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
• Driven, self-motivated and result oriented 
• Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be an effective team player. 
• Able to work successfully in changing environments and meet tight deadlines. 

FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST

• Analyzing and reporting financial statements and operating results. 
• Coordination of a business unit’s financial and operating forecast. 
• Developing and administering capital budgets and authorization for expenditures. 
• Modelsing and evaluating financial and operating control system. 
• Improving financial and accounting processes. 
• Preparing reports for the Government , e.g., Work Program & Budget (WP&B), Financial Quarterly Report (FQR), Financial Monthly Report (FMR), and reviewing with Government. 

EXTERNAL INTERFACE COORDINATOR

• Coordinate the external interfaces of Project Managers with host governments, agencies, and co-venturers. 
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Project’s external interface management process. 
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of external interface management plans across sub-projects. 
• Provide direction to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) Interface Coordinators 
• Develop and steward external interface management plans to ensure timely resolution of key technical interface issues.
